Scarecrow Cupcakes

- Cookies (ours were about 2 1/2 inches in diameter)
- White frosting
- Assorted sugar wafers (ours were about 2 1/2 inches long)
- Candy corn
- Mini chocolate chips
- Bran cereal (we used Kellogg's All-Bran Extra Fiber)
- Chocolate sprinkles
